Once you have placed your order you will receive your order confirmation email. Orders are usually prepared and shipped the next business day. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will be sent a confirmation email with tracking information. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be shipped the next business day. During launches and promotional periods, order processing times may be subject to a slight delay.

A signature will be required upon delivery. If not signed for it will be taken to your local post office for collection. You should be notified when a delivery attempt is unsuccessful. Please note that if you do not rearrange delivery or collect your parcel within the timeframe given, your parcel will be returned to us and can only be redelivered at your own expense.

Orders within Cyprus are shipped the next business day using ACS Courier. Customers have the choice of their order being delivered to their home (door-to-door service) or to the nearest ACS pickup point for collection.

We want you to adore your elle-est-grece pieces. If you decide that your order is not quite right for you, you can return it to us within 14 days for a store credit, exchange or refund.

Kindly note that exchanges are limited to one exchange per order. If any style or size becomes sold out a refund will be issued for full priced items. All sale items are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

To request a return, email hello@elleestgrece.com with your order number and reason for return. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• RETRUN PACKAGING

We encourage you to ship the items back using the original elle-est-grece packaging the order was delivered in.

• RETRUN SHIPPING COSTS

We offer Free International Express Shipping on all orders over  €300, but we do not cover the cost of return postage and handling fees. If you decide to return your order, you will be required to pay for the cost of returning the goods.

• SALE ITEMS

We do not offer refunds on sale items. Sale items are eligible for store credit or exchange only. All styles within the 'SALE' tab are considered 'sale'. Full priced items purchased with a temporary promotion code are also considered 'sale' and are only eligible for a store credit or exchange.

• EXCHANGES

We want you to adore your elle-est-grece pieces. You have 14 days from delivery to exchange your item/s for an alternate size or style. Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge, on your first exchange per order.

• BRAND NEW CONDITION ONLY ACCEPTED

All items returned must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and swing tags in place. Due to health regulations garments that are worn, marked, damaged, or laundered will not be accepted.
